While Jenessa has mastered the art of customer service, her real passion lies in creativity. This skill combination makes her an excellent resource when it comes to developing content for your target audience. On the other hand, Kassie pulls her strengths from her scientific background where she focused her attention on research and development, making her an expert in auditing and analytics.
